The LCHBA hall is equipped for your event.
- 2,200 sq. foot hall with carpeted floors, 56’ long by 39’ wide
- Adjoining Staging Kitchen— stove, two ovens, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. NO onsite cooking is allowed.
- Accommodations for up to 150 people
- Round Tables— 60” Diameter, seat 8 people
- Rectangular Tables— 8’x30”, seat 8 people
- Setup will be provided by LCHBA staff
- Updated Projector and Sound System for presentations
- Wireless Handheld Microphones & Podium available for an additional fee
- Dance floor. 2 sizes to accommodate large and small events.
- Back Patio area is available upon request

Room Rental Rates
- Required: Deposit due at time of reservation.

- Security: Effective March 22, 2022, the Las Cruces Home Builders Association (LCHBA) requires that all events have security for the duration of their event at the Las Cruces Home Builders Association Event Hall located at 2825 N. Main St. Las Cruces, NM 88001.*This excludes business meetings without alcohol
- One (1) security guard is required for 75 attendees and under
- Two (2) security guards are required for 76 attendees & over
- Max occupancy is 150
*Lessee must provide their own security and provide a copy of the signed contract to the LCHBA 7 days prior to event.
Personal letters are not accepted.
Security MUST be provided from a licensed and insured security company. Self-employed, ex-law enforcement, or current law enforcement will NOT be accepted.

*A Special Dispenser License is required for all events serving alcohol. A servers’ license is no longer acceptable.
Important Booking Information: An LCHBA staff member will meet with you to book the event, sign the rental contract, calculate charges, plan the layout and set up, and discuss any event details or concerns you might have.
